I had many ideas for the project and Hank was able to guide me through and help me weed out the bad ones. He helped me map out everything I wanted, staying within my budget. He was transparent in what the costs would be.
I can't express enough how grateful I feel having found a contractor I can rely on to get the job done right, and in a professional and ethical manner. As with any construction job not everything went as planned (it never does). But Hank was there to help keep things moving and problem solve. When one of the subcontractors didn't do a good job he fought for us and made it right.
My only suggestion is that he modernize his ways. Maybe a website to display his work and provide contact information on his business. But he is old school, he stands by his work.
We would definitely use him again.”
